Storyboarding the Launch

So, we're in a bit of a pickle. Half the crew are sitting at DS9, and the other half at Utopia Planitia. We need to launch the ship, go through our warp test, and our slipstream test, before we arrive at DS9 to pick up the rest of the crew.
Because of this, unless anyone objects, I'm going to write a long post tonight or tomorrow that will storyboard what is going to transpire between now and our arrival at DS9.
